Sandra Lage Memorial Scholarship Fund

This scholarship fund is established in memorial to Sandra Lage’s determination and perseverance in returning to college in her mid-40s to pursue a degree and start a new career in a changing world. The fund shall assist deserving STLCC students with similar aspirations and circumstances, regardless of sex, race, creed or national origin.

Criteria:
1. Student must be enrolled at St. Louis Community College.
2. Student must complete a scholarship application.
3. Student must have submitted a FAFSA to the STLCC Financial Aid Office.
4. Student must have financial need as determined by the STLCC Financial Aid Office.
5. Preference will be granted to single parent candidates.
6. Preference will be given to those who have graduated from high school within 25 years of the award period.
7. Students must be pursuing a degree in a Career and Technical Education Program (GTE).
8. Student will submit a Thank You note to the donor, if selected.
