St. Louis Community College Foundation Biotechnology Scholarship

Applicant must
(1) enroll in STLCC and declare a biotechnology major or work on the Life Science Laboratory Assistant Certificate of Specialization;
(2) have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5;
(3) have completed or be currently enrolled in BIO:104 Basic Laboratory Methods or an equivalent course;
(4) have at least one semester of course work yet to be completed in the STLCC Biotechnology Program (CS or AAS);
(5) file federal FAFSA application and demonstrate financial need as determined by the STLCC Financial Aid office or as determined based on evidence of current financial need not considered by the FAFSA;
(6) be honest, demonstrate a good work ethic and demonstrate the ability to work well with other people;
(7) Student must submit one letter of recommendation.
